The backbone of the firm, Hasmukh is the Founder and Managing Partner with over 37 years of experience in the industry. With academic accolades and degrees including CS, LLB, and CPA (USA), alongside practicing as a Chartered Accountant, Hasmukh has a thorough understanding of both law and accounting. His expertise lies in mastering taxation laws, company laws, auditing, non-residents, exchange control regulations, among other areas. Hasmukh has specialized in major indirect taxes including VAT and Service Tax and now GST for over three decades. His invaluable experience and commitment have been instrumental in building back-offices for numerous MNC clients across the world.
As a leader, he serves as an example of being efficient, delivering excellence and opening avenues to execute one’s knowledge, experience, and expertise. It is his perceptive mentoring and strategic leadership skills that have made HSCo an efficient player in the outsourcing and back-office service industry.
