Yoga is an ancient physical, mental and spiritual practice that originated in India. Yoga is not just a physical exercise or asana. Yoga is a complete science. It unites the body, mind, spirit and the universe. Yoga brings that much needed peace in every individual.
Recognizing its universal appeal, on 11 December 2014, the United Nations proclaimed 21 June as the International Day of Yoga. Yoga is very important to improve concentration and improve physical and mental health. We at HSCo did a few simple exercises to participate in International yoga day. Simple exercises like stretching your hands and back, shoulder rotations, simple eye movements and meditation help boost concentration and relive stress.
